When you refer a client to us, you’re not handing them off, you’re providing them with a trusted property management solution. We handle the day-to-day operations while maintaining the condition and value of the home, so when your client is ready to sell, they return to you.

Earn $500 for Qualified Referrals

We offer a $500 referral fee for agents who refer clients that result in:

• A new leasing placement, or
• A leasing + full-service property management agreement

What Qualifies for the Referral Fee?

To qualify, the referral must involve placing a tenant in the property.

Eligible referrals include:

• Poperty owners who need help leasing their home
• Owners looking for both leasing and ongoing management

Not eligible for the $500 referral fee:

• Management-only referrals where a tenant is already in place

This ensures our program is aligned with leasing performance and successful tenant placement.
