New Tenant Placement Fee: Fee equal to one (1) month’s rent
Lease Renewal: 50% of monthly rent
ACH Payment Fee: $5 per ACH payment

Fees are based on gross monthly rent. Additional services not listed may be subject to separate fees. Pricing and services are governed by the Property Management Agreement.
